The Board of Trustees is responsible for the smooth operation of the Club. It meets regularly once a month either in person or online. If necessary, it can hold an extra meeting.

The Board of Trustees decides on all general issues concerning the Club, with the exception of those that belong to the exclusive jurisdiction of the General Assembly. The Board is elected every two years and its decisions are binding.
